We have tried our best to answer the most common questions but if you still have a query please get in touch.

If you’re one of our lucky winners then we’ll be sure to get in touch with you to let you know. We’ll email or phone you with the good news. Please remember to add our email address hello@getmeaticket.co.uk to your Safe Senders list to ensure that you don’t miss out on receiving GetMeATicket emails in the future.

We also announce our winners on the GetMeATicket Facebook page, so if you’re not already a fan then “Like Us” to see our weekly winner announcements.

If you become a winner we will notify you of this, usually by email. You have 2 weeks to respond and contact the GetMeATicket team to claim your prize. If you fail to claim your prize within this time then the prize will become void.

We understand that sometimes you may win something that you don’t actually need, and that you may just prefer a cash alternative. If you let us know then we may be able to offer you a cash alternative at our discretion.

GetMeATicket is completely free to use. All of our Prize Draw prizes are genuine and have been specially chosen with our players in mind. For us to continue to provide a free Prize Draw site we make our money from the adverts that we display on our site and also from offers that you express an interest in. We will sell your information/data, which will be your name, address, contact details and some lifestyle information if you’ve given it us, to businesses who want to direct market you. 

More information around the use of your data (and it’s always your data) is here in the privacy notice. I know not every one reads this but if you look at this, you’ll see clearly how we use it.

The team behind GetMeATicket are also consumers and we want our data protecting. You give us your data, we secure it and look after it very well. It remains your data at all times – remember we’re also consumers and don’t like SPAM and irrelevant ads.

Simply put, that’s how we make money. Let’s be honest to run the site and give away thousands in prizes each year, we need to sell your data to advertisers and brands. If you’ve told us your car insurance renewal date is July, we will sell your name, address and renewal month as July to an insurance company. They will send you a letter in the post and you can then choose to read and take them up or simply put in in the recycle bin. It’s always your choice.

It’s important that you keep your personal details nice and up-to-date so that we can contact you if you become a winner. The My Account page can be found in the footer of the page allows you to reset your password, manage your contact details and email address.
